The Sparkling White Tuscany 'Valvirginio' is produced from Tuscan vines. The white berried grapes ripen in the second ten days of September, they are harvested and processed with the sparkling method most common in Italy today, namely the Martinotti - Charmat method.
Thanks to this winemaking process and the excellent quality grapes, the wine acquires a dry and dry taste, pleasantly soft and harmonious with a savory finish. At sight it is a pale straw yellow color, characterized by hints of apple and pear combined with the particular notes of yeast and light nuances of 'bread crust'.
Ideal to accompany appetizers and first courses. It should be served at 8 ° - 10 ° C.
